Q.  What is the best way to schedule photos or videos?
A.  You can schedule photos online through our scheduling page, or you can call us at (609) 614-0802.

Q.  What are the hours for scheduling a property shoot?
A.  Summer: 8AM-6PM M-F

Winter: 8AM-4PM M-F

Q.  How much time does the photographer need at a property?
A.  Service varies depending on the size of the house. Usually 45-60 minutes for photos. 30-60 minutes for video.

Q.  Will the photographer move items during the photo shoot?
A.  Our photographers will adjust lighting, open blinds, and may relocate a few small, non-breakable items from countertops or bathroom surfaces. However, we are unable to move other belongings within the home. To avoid any risk of damage or breakage, and for safety reasons, our photographers cannot lift or reposition heavy items such as trash cans, boxes, or furniture. For these reasons, we ask that the real estate agent or homeowner be present if any items need to be moved prior to photography. Otherwise, the property will be photographed as is.

Q.  Can I request photos of a specific feature in the home?
A.  Yes. If you have special requests for photos please let us know ahead of time. We can always focus on certain features in a home in addition to the normal photos we take.
 

Q. How long does it take to receive the photos?
A. For photos, 24-48 hours. For videos, 2-3 days. Additional requests can extend the turnaround a few more days to receive your media.
 

Q.  How do I download my photos, videos and other media?
A.  You will receive a link in your email to preview your media, pay your invoice, then download your media in various levels of quality. Always select Print Quality if you want the photos to look sharp across all platforms that pull from your local MLS.

Q. Who owns the photos?
A. GD Real Estate Photography is the exclusive owner of all photos, videos, or any other digital media produced by GD Real Estate Photography. In exchange for payment to GD Real Estate Photography for the services provided, you are granted limited, non-exclusive, perpetual, non-transferable right to use the digital media in connection with marketing and promoting the property, your listings, and your real estate business or brokerage.
